We have the privilege of being a large worshipping congregation, which is encouraging when we meet together. However, we do realise that it can be hard to get to know people. Even if you sit in the same seat for three weeks, you may end up sitting next to three different people!
For this reason our Home Groups and other small groups are very important. In smaller groups of people we can get to know and trust others in the fellowship, and really feel that we belong. There are plenty of small groups to choose from, and details of where and when they meet can be found on the poster in the foyer and below.
A Home Group consists of about a dozen people who meet to pray, study the Bible and spend time together. Anyone is welcome at any group. Most Home Groups meet on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, usually twice a month.
Our groups currently meet as shown below - although groups do meet differently from time to time. If you're interested in joining please contact the church office, or one of the Pastors.

Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups
Many of us have been struggling with all the changes in our lives these past months and are faced with more uncertainty of what the coming months will bring.
As we struggle through various aspects of our lives many of us have at times felt broken. 'Kintsugi' is a Japanese technique for repairing pottery with seams of gold. The word means 'golden joinery' in Japanese. This repairs the brokenness in a way that makes the object more beautiful, and even more unique than it was prior to being broken. Instead of hiding the scars it makes a feature of them.
Over 12 weeks, Kintsugi Hope Groups explore various topics and how to maintain positive mental and emotional wellbeing in the midst of our busy lives and in this changing world. Each group will have a facilitator, a helper and there are various materials used to help us explore each subject. It is not a therapy group but a group where we can support and encourage each other - we are all in this together and no one has all the answers.
For more information on how to take part please email the Church Office.
